Refund Policy

No-Refund Policy

1. All fees paid to WsCube Tech are final and non-refundable.
This includes — but is not limited to — tuition fees, registration fees, application fees, assessment fees, convenience/processing fees, and any other charges related to enrollment or the program.

2. Once payment is completed (full or partial), no refund or cancellation request will be accepted, at any time, for any reason.
This applies irrespective of whether:

  • the student withdraws or discontinues the course,
  • the student misses classes or chooses not to attend live/recorded sessions,
  • the student fails to complete assignments, assessments or any part of the program,
  • the student changes mind due to personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, dissatisfaction, or a change in interest,
  • the student’s personal circumstances change (e.g. health issues, relocation), or
  • the student is under NBFC-financed payment.

3. Program Change or Pause does not trigger any refund.
If a student requests a “Program Change” (to a different course) or a “Program Pause/Deferment,” any fees already paid will not be refunded; such requests will only allow transfer of benefits (if applicable), but not refund.

4. No transfer of refund or fee to another student is permitted.
Fees are linked to the student enrolled and cannot be transferred or re-assigned to another person under any circumstances.

5. Access to all WsCube Tech resources will cease immediately upon student's withdrawal or cancellation.
This includes access to live sessions, recorded lectures, assignments, community groups, LMS, support, placement-assistance, and any other program-related resources.

6. No partial refunds, pro-rated refunds, or exceptions.
WsCube Tech does not offer prorated refunds for partly attended courses, unused course materials, or non-usage of resources.

7. Modifications to this Policy.
WsCube Tech reserves the right to update or revise this No-Refund Policy at any time, without prior notice. Continued enrollment or payment after such modifications will imply acceptance of the revised policy.

8. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution.
Any disputes or claims arising in connection with this policy or enrollment shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan (as per company’s registered address).

Important Note

Before enrolling and making any payment, students are urged to thoroughly review course details, syllabus, delivery format, schedule, program benefits, and financial commitment. By completing payment, the student agrees to the terms and conditions of this No-Refund Policy and acknowledges that they will not be eligible for any refund in any situation.
