Refund Policy

A Student may opt out of WsCube Tech Program and get a refund for the fees paid, by sending an email to support@wscubetech.com, within 7 DAYS from the date of the Cohort Onboarding Session / First Class of the relevant Program (“Refund Window”). For the avoidance of doubt, a student will not be entitled to another Refund Window, in the event of a Program pause or change. Refund Processing Fee shall be applicable.

Student experience is always our top priority. We want to ensure that you get a seamless experience for the services or courses you buy from us. However, if due to any unforeseen circumstances, you are not happy with any of our services, then get in touch with us, and we would be happy to help.

Please note that all purchases or payments done by a student on WsCube Tech are deemed to be final. Cancellation and refund requests are not accepted once the “refund window” is shut. Also, the program you choose/pay for can not be transferred to any other student.

  • With our online and offline Mentorship Programs, every student gets free demo classes / masterclass sessions to validate the quality of the program Student intends to enrol into.

  • Students who have opted for NBFC-financing cannot avail any refund provisions and thus No refund window for NBFC financed Students.

  • A Student pays for the program after satisfaction with the free sessions. Hence, we understand that the student has made a conscious decision of enrollment is made with confidence into the excellence offered by the program and its mentors.

  • Once the course fee is deposited and the refund window is shut, a refund request can not be entertained in any condition. Neither can the fee be transferred to any other students.

  • Any disputes arising related to this agreement or course/training are subject to be engaged by the Jurisdictional Law Court of Jodhpur.

WsCube Tech reserves the right to update or make changes to its refund policy without any prior notice.

IT MUST BE NOTED, THAT NOTWITHSTANDING THE MODE OF PAYMENT USED FOR PAYING THE FEES, THE REFUND SHALL ALWAYS BE MADE TO A BANK ACCOUNT (AS PER THE DETAILS PROVIDED BY THE Student) THROUGH NEFT/IMPS/RTGS OR SUCH OTHER FACILITY AS DEEMED FIT BY WSCUBE TECH. WE MAY REQUEST FOR INFORMATION/DOCUMENTS (WHICH MAY INCLUDE A CANCELLED CHEQUE PERTAINING TO THE BANK ACCOUNT OF THE Student) TO VERIFY YOUR CREDENTIALS AND DETAILS OF THE BANK ACCOUNT BEFORE INITIATING THE REFUND. WE SHALL STRIVE TO PROCESS THE REFUNDS WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS OF RECEIPT OF ALL THE RELEVANT INFORMATION AND DOCUMENTATION FROM YOU IN THIS REGARD.

  • We do not provide refunds for the lack of usage, dissatisfaction with the Program or for any reason whatsoever after the expiry of the Refund Window.

  • Student’s access to WsCube Tech resources will cease upon your withdrawal from the course, notwithstanding anything contained herein.
