1. Placement Guarantee Clause
1.1 WsCube Tech offers a 100% Guaranteed Placement for learners enrolled in the Career Track of the Digital Marketing Mentorship Program.
1.2 If WsCube Tech is unable to facilitate job placement within 12 months from the program completion date, the learner will be eligible for a 50% refund of the course fee, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below.
2. Definition of Placement
2.1 Placement will be considered fulfilled if the learner receives a job opportunity through any of the following channels:
WsCube Tech Placement Team or hiring partners
WsCube Tech portal or employer network
External job platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
Direct self-application using skills acquired during the program
Paid internships offered will also be considered as a valid placement under this policy
2.2 Geographical Job location is not restricted to the learner's current city or region or country of residence. Placement in any location worldwide will be considered valid.
3. Eligibility Criteria for Refund
To qualify for the refund under the Guaranteed Placement policy, the learner must:
Complete 100% of the program curriculum
Submit all assignments, projects, capstone projects and quiz assessments on time
Maintain minimum 90% attendance in live sessions
Participate in all required evaluations, mock interviews, and career activities
Apply job opportunities shared through the placement process
Attend placement-related sessions such as resume building and interview preparation
Demonstrate active participation, availability, and communication skills during the placement process
Failure to meet any of the above conditions will make the learner ineligible for the refund policy.
4. Non-Refund Scenarios
Refund will not be applicable in the following cases:
Any pending fee payment or missed EMI
The learner secures a job independently through personal applications, referrals, or networking
Refusal of job opportunities for reasons such as location, salary, or company type
Failure to attend scheduled interviews or placement activities
Incomplete assignments, projects, or program requirements
Lack of professionalism or communication during interviews
Voluntary withdrawal from the program
Corporate-sponsored enrollments
Market conditions or hiring slowdowns affecting recruitment timelines
5. Additional Policies
5.1 Attendance & Participation
90% attendance required in live classes
Pre-approved absences must be documented (e.g., medical certificate) and informed to the program team prior via mail.
5.2 Timely Submission
All tasks must be submitted by deadline
Extensions only granted in exceptional cases with mentor and program team's approval
5.3 Mandatory Evaluation
All projects, quiz and assessments are compulsory
5.4 Code of Conduct
Respectful, professional behavior expected
Harassment/misconduct leads to expulsion with no refund
5.5 Intellectual Honesty
All work must be original
Plagiarism or cheating results in termination
5.6 Availability & Commitment
Students must allocate time for sessions, projects and assignments
Participation in community forums and doubt sessions is mandatory
5.7 Payment Terms
Full payment or installment adherence is mandatory
Non-payment suspends access and placement guarantee
5.8 No Refund Policy (Post Deadline)
After refund deadline, no refund is applicable
5.9 Technical Requirements
Students must have reliable device and internet
WsCube Tech is not liable for student-side disruptions
5.10 Confidentiality Agreement
Do not share course content or materials
Breach may result in legal action
5.11 Feedback & Mentoring
Attend and act upon live sessions
5.12 Health & Emergency
Report emergencies promptly to coordinators
Leave granted only for valid, documented reasons
5.13 Disclaimer of Liability
No guarantee if Student underperforms in interviews
Placement guarantee is subject to market conditions and participation
5.14 Policy Amendments
WsCube Tech may change policies or course content with prior notice
5.15 Grievance Redressal
Submit concerns and grievance via mail at support@wscubetech.com
Resolutions within 14 business days
5.16 Termination Clause
WsCube Tech may terminate enrollment for:
Consistent underperformance
Policy breach or misconduct
Violation of any clause in this Agreement
6. Jurisdiction
This policy shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
